Non UK citizen in UK

  • Hey there,
I’m a student doing research in Wales (unfortunately unpaid) and am on a short term visa (from USA) so am not allowed to work. I was looking at matched betting as a way to make some money over the next few months. I’m just a little concerned that it would be harder for me as I’m not an actual resident or citizen, and I know that some bookies require documentation to cash out. I wasn’t planning on opening a UK bank account, but would that be the only way to do matched betting, and would they have a problem with me being from the US? I know that in the past sports betting has been illegal in the US, but it’s gotten a bit of ground in the past year and is now legal in most states I think.
    Thanks in advance!

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.
