Not on Electoral Roll?

Has anyone opened accounts with an address different to where they’re listed at on the electoral roll?
If you move out of your parents home, and move to a different address, if you update your address at all the bookies and your parent creates accounts at what was your address, will these likely get blocked for being at the same address? I take it bookies will retain your old address and put 2+2 together that although you’ve moved you’ve still got the same surname and something fishy might be going on?
If I have lots of accounts at my parents address, and I move out, and start accounts in my parents name at my new address, would that cause problems, I could cover the proof of address stuff, it’s only the electoral roll that I’m unsure about.
