I used them fairly recently (last couple of weeks). I received my £25 FB pretty quickly and had no problems. I don’t know about withdrawal as my qualifying and free bets both lost to the exchange, but I didn’t have to chase for the FB to be credited.

+0Used novibet this weekend. Verifying identity took less than 24 hours and £25 free bet was credited quickly. My free bet won at the bookies so withdrew the winnings using paypal, was processed with no issues in less than 24 hours.
+0Only thing I didn’t like about Novibet and sure it’s same with a lot of bookies but they made me send my ID, bank statement and card via email, which is a lot less secure than the HTTPS upload system used by most other sites
