Agreed that it’s worth doing if you can back a striker/forward at an acceptable loss. They key has to be getting a player who has a better than average chance of scoring. No use in going for defenders/defensive midfielders imo, regardless of how close their odds may be.

I would imagine this will be on again tonight – PP seem to send the promo message out when the teams are announced, so usually an hour or so before the KO. I notice that last night for the Liverpool game they had grossly overpriced some players as FGS.

For example, Firminho was initially listed at 6.0 when you could lay him at that price, Milner was something like 12.0 when his lay price was around 10.0

Obviously PP acted quickly and shortened their odds accordingly, but there was a window of opportunity there to get on this offer with a qualifying profit. Might try to be ready at 18:45pm tonight to pounce on any similar mis-pricing, hopefully on Aguero (he has brought the bacon home on this offer for me in the past!)
