Paddy Power – Enhanced odds offers when extra winnings are paid as free bets

Hey – Quite new to this. Ive signed up to Paddy Power to take advantage of the enhanced odds for the Liverpool vs. Bournemouth match tomorrow which is 51.0 Liverpool to win. Max bet is £1 and anything over actual odds (1.66) is paid in free bets.
On Smarkets I can lay at 1.78 but I can’t work out how to complete the calculator, do I:
1) use the actual odds of 1.66 and lay at 1.78 to make an acceptable loss of 6/7p knowing if LFC win ill get £40+ in free bets? or …
2) use the enhanced odds of 51 and lay at 1.78 and make a profit of £27.65 regardless of outcome plus get the £40+ in free bets if LFC win?
Option 2 makes most sense but there must be a catch? I can’t work it out haha!
