Wtf. Your basically asking can you commit fraud. The answer is of course yes if you know what you are doing, but it would be illegal and put any funds in your betting accounts at risk.
For example you forge a utility bill they may later want to check the address to photo ID or even perform a credit check+0yes I understand…. but is some way ..legal way how can I get proof of address in UK … Is possible loan flat for 1 months?

why not just bet from your own country with your own ID instead of trying to break the law?
