New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

+0FOG, got another question about bet365 if you dont mind, for anyone else that can help too
just checked my account, the punchestown races have gone up to £50 max win, and i compared this with a random race at beverley and it was £30
i cleared out my account after the restrictions, and i want to say that a random saturday it is still restricted to max win £30, but i cant remember
the main point i have, while still supposedly getting the standard offers like the 4/1, i can still get £12.50 each way, and i remember that if it wins the total bet counts for the offer (my quallifying offer bets normally used to be singles)
so lets say for example i get £12.50 ew on a 4/1 shot and it wins, the problem then being how could i then get £25 on the next race to be able to extract any profit
Thanks
+0You probably couldn’t Marv.
I’ll bet on the early prices, enhanced odds races and ew arbs on Bet365. Time to time I get a small refund by accident for a 4/1 race. But I’m not aiming for them and if I were then I don’t think possible to go in for max stake
+0Just found this in the terms
9. Where you are unable to place the maximum risk free bet amount due to restrictions on your bet, we will credit the difference between the maximum risk free bet returns and your actual returns.
As I read it…
So if you get a winner at 4/1 with £12.50 each way on, £25 free bet
Next race, being restricted to £50 win, place £5 on a 10/1 shot
Either profit £45 the bet or profit £20 from the risk free cash back (£25 risk free less actual stake of £5), however obviously not really rolling over to qualify for the next race at the usual amount
…This is how I interpret the above wording of “we will credit the difference between the maximum risk free bet returns and your actual returns”
I think if you run the numbers from trying to bet £12.50 each way again on 4/1, the each way element negates the point of doing the each way in the first place, you might as well just do £12.50 win each time
I can honestly say i hardly ever hit back to back winners, literally only 2 or 3 times in a year, yet i did well at hitting 2 refunds a day sometimes (on the tv races days)
So I could not care less about extracting the free bet and also rolling over for next race
I might start this as a new thread (others must have come across this or thought about it), because my theory is only the same as hitting a £25 free bet like betfair really, the max limit being £50 instead of £30 makes this much more appealing to keep going
+0FOG mate, just checked my account again, uk races now up to £50 max win too
it seems like the £30 restriction is on bets placed early, irish might be ok for £50 all time, but UK needs to be much closer to races times
+0@poker4life good stuff man, we seem to work the same way. I’m interested in your group chat, just made a twitter message me @CassTradingg ?
