  • This promo makes no sense. I like it (I think).

Make a couple of similar bets on longish odds with close match. Gives a very good chance of the free bet which will be 1/4 of your net loss. Only make the second bet if the first one loses because obviously no chance of a net loss if the first won.

The only bit that gets me is that free bet is capped at 150% of previous week free bet. So say first week you start then your free bet is capped at 0??

Or suppose you have no net loss one week therefore no free bet, how does the 150% cap apply??

Anyone playing this promo? How does the cap work in practice?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Lesson 1: “two bets within 50% of your maximum bet” = two OTHER bets within 50% of your maximum bet for the week.

So if I bet 25 and 50 that does NOT count as two bets within 50% of your highest bet. So you won’t qualify for the QB.

You have to place at least 3 bets in a week.

I need to check if the extra QL and the reduced likelihood of making three losing bets takes away the little value I thought this offer had.

It’s similar to the BetBright Offer 25% offer they run on the tennis. I made a good bit on that before being gubbed.

The only confusing bit is how much they would give back in the first week.

Reading the T&Cs on their welcome offer is pretty confusing too….

This is dead. They keep tinkering with the t and c’s.

This will rule out any accounts taking long term value (matched bettors):
    1. You can receive a refund of 25% of your weekly losses as a free bet provided your account has losses to date across QuinnBet events.

@bbobb, I’d be interested in hearing your approach to the BetBright 25% tennis offer. I was recently emailed about 25% cashback on losses in-play across all sports, the main t/c’s being:

Max Refund £100. Min Refund £10. Cash Refund Credited by 11am the Following Day.
Min Odds 1/5 (1.20). Min 3 In-Play Bets Per Day.
25% money back on net losses (up to £100) across all In-Play sports on site.

I’ve been sitting on this for a few days and not sure whether to tackle it.
