Ratings for Sign-Up Offer Success

I’m guessing this wouldn’t be practicable for the reload offers as most probably are not around very long, but I think it would be helpful if logged in users could assign a star rating out of 5 for the ease/success of each sign-up offer. Perhaps ratings could be edited a single time, just in case an offer initially refused is eventually honoured.
I’m suggesting this because I’ve had a few instances of offers not being honoured as a genuine new user, and some of the comments implying success from other users are from years ago. I think it would be really helpful for us newbies to have an indication of whether other users are having the same problems or not, and a star rating (only visible when logged in) that users would assign as they work through the offers would be a nice, obvious indicator of whether said offers are still viable.
In particular brands under 888 Holdings and LeoVegas have blocked use of my account during the sign-up process, with no genuine means to unblock it and no explanation, and I realised after the fact that Trustpilot reviews seem to indicate I am not the only one to have issues.
