Took kids to safari park today, got back to see not only had I hit nothing but these place odds continue to defy logic and I was a fair bit down with lays not having matched….. how can a 10-1 shot in a bad each way race come 4th and not reach 2.6 place odds even in running.
Then had an underlaid boost plus each way arb bet on 5pm winner, and smashed an edge bet on the last. Huge turnaround, and probably back on betfair naughty step tomorrow for staking.

Possibly past my Cheltenham 4 day total now, but too much guesswork to be sure…. can’t be 100% what I made last 3 days now let alone in March!

Noticed the same betman. Odd that a horse I get on at 13.0 has a place lay of 4, comes down to 8 on the win but drifts on the place. Reflection of ultra competitiveness of the meeting as well as the bookies offering extra places and skewing the exchanges further.
