Sky Boosts – How many to do at one time?

  • Hi all and thanks Matt for this blog

I’m a few weeks into my match betting journey and it has been fun, although I’ve made a few mistakes along the way.

The Sky Boosts that come along each weekend are a nice little risk free earner although I read elsewhere that a MB’er should only do one per week to avoid taking too much value and being gubbed. Opinions?

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

    Hi there,

You’re welcome, it’s great to have you on board!

I’m of that opinion too as backing more than one selection may draw unwanted attention to your account.

Sky Bet is an account you want to look after as they run some great reload offers on football and horse racing each week.

    I hope that helps.

sky were pretty quick about stopping me getting free bets but seem more relaxed about their special odds for football and so I can still bet on those, unlike paddy power and betway who gubbed me completely from all offers.

Thanks for the responses – is there anything you would do differently especially with your paddy account @sam_69?

I think you need to be making 2 or 3 other bets with a bookie each week to look more like a genuine punter but you have to weigh that against the earnings from a matched bet. It is a difficult balance. I also now don’t do specials for anything other than football and horses.
