Limited to 25 wins on other markets. Backed Over 1.5 goals at 1/3. and hedged it off. If it’s 0-0 Half time and I am mucked up on my paddy powers at least I can cheer on a tight second half.

The draw was suspended for ages and dropped quick.
I’d say an offer like this is to bring people into betting more on football and in play rather than reward existing players (which the bet club does) so ppl betting £75 for the first time will be what they want not what they’ll gub.
Well not on its own anyway…. winning on the offer after having winners chasing mb 2nd/3rd might annoy them a bit. Need to lose a bit to the exchanges with them asap

Surely its also to just compete with the likes of Bet365 and Ladbrokes who do these risk free in-play bet offers throughout the football season?

As a few have mentioned, this isn;t a new offer from Sky, they did them by email invite only and they were £100 risk free bets. I suspect the 20,000 limit was similar.

I only extracted 60 from the in-play, but still happy with that. I was doing it on the go and hadn’t realise the new Smarkets mobile site is absolutely messed – it broke/froze every phone I was trying it on.. Such a ball ache. Was going to get 70 quid before that, but can’t be too unhappy with 60. Only downside is that I won the in-play and the qualifier so.. Might be in for restrictions soon.

Nothing yet gubbing-wise, but I was never not going to do a promo that gives you 60 quid. The 5 quid a week is great and all, but I’m not in Matched Betting for the long haul. This is a one-time thing for every bookie for me. Once I’m gubbed, that’s that bookie done. When I run out I’ll be happy to get some time back. Time-wise MB isn’t a good earner, flexibility wise of course it is.
