Skybet Club

  • Found a horse at 3 odds at skybet,On Smarkets it was 2.94/6/8 so I quickly backed it for the £25 and got 2.94 on the lay making 17p profit and obviously qualifying for the £5 free bet next week.My point is if you look at a race early enough like 30-40 mins before the off you can usually find a good back/lay bet. Also works well for free bets at higher odds as well!

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Hi biscuit1966 I’m a bit confused what do the 6 and the 8 represent behind the lay odds number of 2.94?

i think he is implying that he found a horse on sky bet for 3.0 and the odds on smarkets were moving from 2.94, 2.96 and 2.98 meaning that the odds were lower. So it was a little arb.

I have noticed similar things on some horse races with about 5 minutes before the off. Especially with horses in the 8.0 to 10.0 price bracket.

Just a case of acting quick.

The last 2 weeks I’ve put £25 on the first Saturday horse deal ie £25 free bet if 2nd or 3rd.
Worst case lose £1 odd and get £5 free bet.
Best case lose £1 odd, get £5 free bet and £25 free bet.

@biscuit1966 hope so m8, its just theres been a mass gubbing from both coral and sky this week, certainly from what ive noticed on another mb site. Conveniently enough before the premier league starts. Losing bets dont matter unfortunately. Rinse them while you can.
