It’s not much of an enhance! In fact, after commission it’s only 0.6% better value that the current back price of 7.8 on Betfair. If you’re so sure that Murray won’t get knocked out in the first rounds then just lump on him in those matches.

Well hes won a couple of matches and the lay odds are still 7.8!!!

Gonna need him to get to the final to make any money at this rate.

Hopefully things will improve if he wins his next match

Two more games until the final

I’m going to lay my stake now in each leg like an acca so I don’t lose anything.
He’s going to be the short odds favourite in his remaining games so I should be able to overlay for a nice profit if he fails and a decent guaranteed if he reaches the final

I’ve even set up a spreadsheet to help me do it right ha ha

Hi ice magic done the same as you put £50 on Murray. What do reckon to laying him to reach the final @ 1.92 on betfair?

Didn’t know that market was an option
I was planning on laying 52.63 on the next game as he’s going to be the favourite to win it and shouldn’t create too much of a liability
If he gets through then the game after is against a higher ranked player so he should be even shorter odds so I’ll lay £52.63 + previous liability.
That way I’ll only profit if he gets to the final but it should be a decent amount guaranteed at that point
Depending on the odds I might overlay by £10 so at least I get something if he doesn’t make the final

Thanks for the reply, think I’m going to just lay him to reach the final, that way if he gets beat or leave’s for the baby I’m covered.

What if he loses in the final though. You’ll have lost both bets unless you plan to lay him again once he gets there.
