well I think I lost… I’m not entirely sure, the game window came up, didn’t start and then just closed. Also got an offer yesterday of deposit £10 get £5.50 for poker but didn’t even receive that bonus.

Did you click on bonuses and double check? I was sure I’d not been credited with any of my bonuses but once I investigated I found them and cashed myself up.

Ryan/Bob, there was an opt in button for this one. Might be worth checking the promo page if you didn’t get your token as you may still be able to get it with another bet

I got the token for this one fine, opted in etc. It was the deposit £10 (not stake anything) which i didnt get…was no opt in for that.

Ryan I went on Chat for that… It was an error as there was no opt in box so they manually opted in for me, I deposited another tenner and it appeared like!… There was a Twitter melt down about it
