Smarkets problem with laying bet

What a time to pull this stunt..
I’m laying off bets at current lay odds, in my bets it’s saying unmatched but after refreshing browser bet is matched???
Rep says it’s my machine running windows 7 is outdated anyone else have same problem or quick fix!!+0March 14, 2017 at 7:07 am

Using windows 10 on a very decent laptop ive had for over a year, with a wired ethernet 100+Mbit connection, never had problems with smarkets before until the past few weeks. Was laying a horse for Will hill 5+ or more promotion, ended up overlaying without realising as the exact thing happened to me, not updating requested bets :S ended up overlaying and loosing £120, and the horse came in at 4 1/2 lengths to make it worse so could’ve recovered some loss…. so definitely not just you mate.
