• So I’m working through the welcome bonuses at the moment and I just thought I’d share what happened to me at SportingBet.

  I signed up but deposited using Paypal (error of course because it clearly states you can’t use Paypal in the t&cs of the welcome offer). So I withdrew the money and e-mailed them asking them if I could deposit again using a debit card and still get the offer. They agreed that was fine and said that the offer would be on my account to click through to make a deposit and they sent me a link to the t&cs for the offer. When I read them, I noticed it was a different, more generous, offer… 50% matched deposit bonus up to £100, with very few coniditons. I deposited £200, got the £100 bonus and then withdrew my £200 no problem. You have a choice then of going through the wagering requirements (5x the bonus) or just ‘losing’ it and transferring it to your exchange.

  So I basically then just tried to lose the £100 bonus money, ending up with it in Betfair (actually worked out at £103 profit for me). It took three £50 bets to do it because I won my first bet… winning £180… but the £80 extra went straight to withdrawable funds!
