No need to go smartbetting .com 🙃 all that info and much more quoted in that post is available on this site with without any signing up nonesense etc. Plus you can always ask a question if theres anything you cant find in all the beginner guides that are free to peruse here.
Talk on that websites main page about martingale and ahem golden systems.. all sounds a bit tosh to say the least👎🏻
Btw dont know anything about spread betting/extracting that free offer in the best way myself but im sure answers will be found/garnered on here👍
