Stake not returned

  • Hi there,
Quite new to this so please don,t eat me!
I know most free bets are stake not returned, however if you win that free bet at the bookies and you are left with winnings in your account and bet with those funds in order to either meet rollover requirements or to try and lose at the bookies, do they then become stake returned, or is the whole winnings always SNR?
    Many thanks.

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

    Hi,

If you win a free bet and get the return (your profit from the bet) then yes you will then always get your stake returned for any future bets you place using those funds/profit

    Hope that helps

Yes that helps a lot, so it would be best to try and win the first free bet at the bookies then rollover or lose the rest?

If it’s a free bet as opposed to bonus as long as you use the right calculator on here it doesn’t matter tbh as you’ll get profit either way. If anything it’s better to just win your lay via the exchange as some of the rollovers can be time consuming!

If you’re new to MB best thing is to stick to the smaller/easier offers to start with and then once you get the hang of it try the bigger ones
