Starting new accounts with all fresh details

About 4 years ago I dabbled in matched betting. Did the free signs up bets (not all of them) made about £500 then completely stopped and never logged into any of the accounts again. I’d like to get back into it in a big way now. Since my last venture I’ve, moved house, of course got a new IP address, got a new computer, I could quite easily set up a new bank account. I can’t remember if any of them asked for ID. My question is could I safely start from scratch with new accounts and use the free bets again without any risk of my accounts being closed? I’d want to change the email address of my accounts anyway so that everything was clear and separate to a dedicated bank and email. I’d like to make as much money as possible for as long as possible with this so don’t really want my accounts to be jeopardised but I’d love to start from scratch as I need money quite badly right now. Im not looking to do ‘gnoming’ persistently and I definitely don’t want to use a friend or family members info. Thanks for reading
