Tennis rules

  • Hi! It seems like many bookies have different rules regarding tennis matches. With some bookies a bet will be void if there is a retirement while others will pay out the other player as a winner. This could be dangerous since the rules on betfair and smarkets seem to be that a bet will be void only if the first set is not completed. How do you all go about this? Bet on the opposite outcome at a bookie with the same rules?

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

don’t bet on tennis! check the bookie some bookies have the same rules as the exchanges but most don’t. I’m always weary betting on tennis especially at the first big tournament of the season,a lot of retirements in early rounds. You could stick to the top ten players as they don’t usually retire as they have the dosh for proper support staff etc whereas journeymen players just turn up and play
