The Grand National (Gambling Thread)

  • Don’t look here for matched betting offers!

I’m sure most of us here will have gamble on the big race

    So what are people’s thoughts?

I’d like to think I know a bit more about horse racing since I’ve been matched betting but don’t really know a great deal at all!

I like Silviniaco Conti but no real reason other than seeing this horse win nicely not too long ago.

Many clouds seems hotly tipped from what I’ve read but there’s not been a double winner since the early 70’s!
Holywell is another that is highly regarded.

From a betting point of view I’m assuming getting bets on soon gives a reasonable shot of the odds shortening on some of these tipped horses?

Can back Holywell for 17 and lay at 17 already.

Ps: I know this isn’t a “new offer” but didn’t think the matched betting section was appropriate either

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Many Clouds for me guys – won it last year whilst not really prepped for the race – a late change of plan in 2015!!

He has been prepped for one race only this season – the national.

I’m well happy I’ve backed him at 20/1 ante post and will not be laying it off.

What would be amazing is if 365 did the same offer as last year 50 percent cash back on losses up to 250 quid if I remember rightly you could get 125 back. Anyway last year I punted 10 horses 12.50 ew and got it at 40/1 and a place in top 5 as well. If this offer is on again I will be trying the same tactic!

Many clouds! Won on him last year so I’ve got to stick with him… Also fancy Saint Are and Holywell!
