Titanbet scam

I’ve open account with them, get a free bet and unfortunately won. Now after verification account they refused to withdraw funds and closed my accout. Is any of you delt with them, I don’t really know how can I sort this out.

Not got an account with them but if you do a search on them you’ll find a few horror stories concerning account verification/withdrawal issues. They sound like a bit of a shady outfit

I’ve did the Titanbet sign up offer in September – won my qualifying bet and lost my free bet – they paid out the quali bet winning immediately. I deposited and withdrew via PayPal in case that makes a difference?
Have they definitely closed your account, as opposed to not allowing you to withdraw the winnings (which could be subject to WR requirements, etc…)?

Pavlo …where are you based? I think some bookies are quite harsh on customers who are based abroad.

I’m based in UK, they sent email:
“We regret to inform you that your account has been closed by Titanbet.co.uk due to internal reasons.
We can confirm that your account and funds will remain frozen.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact the TitanBet Sport Support Team. We are available 7 days a week via chat, phone or E-mail.”
Just avoid them guys

You can complain to a gambling commission. This seems very harsh. Start a case against them and then let them know by email. Also advise that you will be informing others to avoid them and publicising your experiences.

I complaint to a Gambling Commission also I left nice review on Trustpilot. Thanks for help guys

Decided to close my account with them now, they were only good for the sign up offer not worth the risk if you win big!
+0Proceed down Gambling Commission route. I had to do this then Titanbet bottled it and paid out. They are a bad lot!!
