If you give up and sit there waiting on constant special offers then you won’t make money. My tip is to open your eyes and analyse the markets. There are gifts all around . Some people on here expect to be spoon fed by others hard work. I don’t care if I get banned from some promos or semi gubbed …. The cash coming from there is fractional.

Matched betting isn’t dying. Look back on the forum and every time there is a lull the same old convosations keep arising. I mean sky’s £5 offer not being available at the moment does not indicate that matched betting is dead haha, possibly the funniest thing I’ve heard all day. Offers come and offers go, William hill had loads of MBS when I started, now not so much. But betstars who never had any offers I worried about then started doing MBS more often. Corr wait until summer 2017 with no World Cup/euros! We’re doomed! ?

Patrick …it used to be £10 on the Friday night and then down to £5 also used to be every live sky football league game at the start of the season you’d get a free £10 in play. What about the £50 MBS on paddy last summer if your horse finishes 2nd or 3rd – well that’s gone as well.We aren’t complaining just you new guys who swamp the forum with negative posts. we’ve all had offers that have disappeared before you arrived and we get on with it.

Kiljman keep up no way am I a Newbie.

I was doing matched betting before matched betting was invented.

In those days no one knew what gubbing meant as it didnt exist.

Gubbings are the bookies response to sites like this.

Got to love this site.
Just got in from work and read through this.
Hilarius !!
I am not a matched bettet really but as you can guess from my user name i follow the horses.
The money back for 2nd place has certainly helped me to make a profit.
Just to play devil’s advocate I have to agree with what Patrick says.
I have lost accounts with Hills and Ladbrokes during the last 3 months after having them for years.
I am not a matched better but look for value.
I think Patrick is very experienced and inteligent and seems to deliberately wind up the less able of you.
