Transfering funds through matched betting

Hi, i’m trying to find a strategy that makes it possible to transfer funds from one bookmaker to another without withdrawing, meaning using matched betting.
I’m currently betting with high odds in the bookmaker where i want to move the money from and betting low lay odds in the other one, but my problem is that obviously because of probabilities, i’m having troubles managing to do so without sometimes enlarging the account against my wishes.
I thought maybe there is a way to find negative EV bets that in the long run made it easier to move the money. I’m currently using surebet.com but the tools only allow to find positive EV bets.
Do you have any ideas on how to make sure i lose the bets on the first bookmaker without endangering so much money on the other side?
I know i lose little bits of money in each bet and that i can just withdraw the money, but i want to find a way that works without having to withdraw.Any ideas?
