unable to withdraw due to account verification UNIBET

My mum has an account with unibet which I set up for her. I accidentally put in her maiden name so when I sent the usual verification documents I included her marriage certificate to my stepdad proving her change of name, which they said weren’t good enough. They asked for a photo of her passport which was given to them – not good enough. Then they asked for a selfie style photo of her with the passport – not good enough. She wrote to the head of customer services to close the account and forward the £486 in her account. They closed the account and just sent her an email to tell her the account was closed with no mention of the money at all. They then said she needed to ring them up – she is 81 and a bit hard of hearing but she answered all of their questions – not good enough. I went on chat and asked them what was going on, they said that she needed to ring them, I told them she already had, but they had no record of her ringing – although our phone records will show her being on the phone to their customer services for over 10 minutes. I know because I was with her when she made the call.
Any ideas anyone where to go with this???
