sorry if i come across like an idiot, jumped in on the skybet price boost yesterday and unlayed it with betfair. nice £15 profit.
just wondering with underlaying, does it always work
say a price on betvictor is 4
price on smarkets is 3is it always stake / commission to lay = profit?
sorry if thats confusing :-/

New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

I’d be looking for help too mate 😉
Just finished all the subs-from what I gather undrlaying is best when tied up funds due to wr with a bookie and also good to take advantage of enhanced odds such as super saturday+0cheers pickle thats perfect
+0that calculator is bang on! cheers pickle
+0It’s good to know how to calculate it as well.
full underlay (break even if bet loses at the bookie) lay stake = bet stake / (1 – commission)example:
bet stake = £20
commision = 2%lay stake = £20 / (1 – 0.02) = £20.41
+0The tricky bet calculator is pretty good. Formula to calculate it is always helpful. Underlaying can often be the best way to get some profit out of more certain events
