Universal credit Claim Review, savings and matched betting

Hello, I have multiple gambling accounts for matched betting. I have a Universal Credit claim review in several days. I am doing matched betting as an income, to help me to survive. They said that you need to declare EVERYTHING – bank accounts, cash, stocks and investments, prepaid cards, digital wallets, foreign currency, crypto etc. They have 4 months of my bank statements including the matched betting account already. What if they ask about anything on my bank statements especially the gambling transactions? Do they count money on gambling accounts as savings?
Do you think I will be OK if I don’t declare money on gambling on sites to them?(especially during the interview)
