Virginbet ID check

Hi I’m new and been working my way through each bookie as recommended and really enjoying it as I go, has anyone ever encountered a bookie all of a sudden asking for an ID check? So virgin bet have asked for ID now as I log back in (not a problem I’ve submitted) now as I go to promotions tab on the website it’s saying unfortunately the promotions you are trying to access are unavailable, is this when they start to become suspicious of an account before they block you from using the site? I’ve been lucky so far no problems at all this is the first one where I’m getting problems
Also to note I’ve already had their free bets from sign up the promotions I check is if they have loaded anything new
