I would get the chat agent up if you havn’t received it, all in a days work for us match betters, customer service chats is all part of the process, I spend a few hours a month with chat agents.

+0I think a few of them misread the terms and conditions it has to be £20 in play to get the £10 free in play. While others are probably still in the chat agents queue to WH.
+0Didn’t bother trying to get mine I took the qualifying loss and at the moment I’m praying I wasn’t restricted. Some people have mentioned I need to receive an email to be restricted but that is a load of bullshit. Coral gubbed me without ever sending an email.
