What do you do with the money…

  • …that you make from matched betting? Save it? Go on holiday? Donate it to charity? Have lots of meals out? Drink Champagne? Buy clothes?

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

At the end of every day I withdraw whatever I’ve made from my bank account and put it in my ISA. Grows on a virtually daily basis, earning 0.01% interest or whatever it is! Since starting arbing/matched betting/sign up offers (stopped the arbing though…) in June I’ve done pretty well! The flights to The Azores are paid for for the summer, some Euros have been bought, even starting to overpay my mortgage with the winnings! Gonna make the most of it as a load of accounts have gone due to the arbing I was doing early on….

I’m saving for a house deposit so it’s all going towards that. I save £1500 from my salary per month and hoping to supplement that by £1000 a month from this (maybe wishful thinking). That’ll give me £30k by December 2016. The joys of London house prices!

Nice idea Starlord but to be honest what do you expect to buy in London with that sort of deposit? I’m not putting you down, I just ask as I have about £50k and want to buy in London, and I imagined I’m miles off a deposit. That said, I don’t have a job yet as I’m still a student.

£30k will cover the 5% deposit plus fees. Help to buy mortgage. Depends what kind of property you want and what area. London is a big place!

I use it for a few treats but I save some too,I work full time self employed, and my MB earnings have enabled me to buy some nice presents for girlfriend and family (it did essentially pay for Christmas),plus I’m on holiday at the moment, and because I’m self-employed I get no holiday pay,so I’ve been earning tax free money on my holiday as well.

Im lucky at my current job as I have internet access(they don’t mind you using the net as long as your doing your job and not looking at naughty sites etc lol),so I can earn at work as well.

Initially you need to profits to put into your MB fund. My fund has a few thousand now, but I still constantly have zero in my MB bank account. I’ve read somewhere that 10k is needed to allow you to do this properly.

Once I’ve got a good fund, then it will be spending on a new car or some luxuries for me or the wife and kids.

havnt spent a penny yet, just constantly building my float. After about another 3-4 months it will be nice to withdraw 500quid a month straight into my back pocket for whatever i please, already have the mortgage, new car sounds nice but wouldnt get one on finance and land my self in a position where i have to earn money from match betting. I believe that one day there will be no such thing as matchbetting, so enjoy it whilst it lasts

I agree Mike, with so many people doing it wouldn’t surprise me if one day the bookies just stop offering anything. It’s so competitive though the bookies are afraid of losing a huge amount of customers if they stop the offers.

But whatever happens at least we have tried it…hopefully it will always be around.
