What is the deal with Smarkets?

• I just wondered what kind of experiences others are having with this exchange. I’ve used them for years now and have had problem after problem lately, some of which has lost me funds as a result. Prices arnt updating so you are having to refresh every time. I learnt that the hard way by thinking i had a match on will hill to be left with a 3.5/3.85 match with a 250 quid bet. losing me around 22 quid + qualifying losses.

  I’ve had active bets showing blank after placing a very large bet, me thinking it hadnt placed, so i placed another only to see again active bets were blank. It was only the liability figures where i cottoned on and managed to get in on a less favourable back bet to offset the liability again losing funds in the process to save my bacon.

  Chat doesnt work properly and the moment isnt even sending my messages and when they do it often repeats the same thing i wrote 20 times going down the chat page.

  bets dont match exactly anymore, minor issue but say a 25 quid bet goes down as a 24.97 or whatever

  Since this new website this site has been a complete shambles. I’m considering jumping ship altogether. They dont seem to give a monkeys either which is making that decision all the more easier. Luckily i havnt had any huge blunders yet but the software as a whole seems very unreliable and i never really had any issues before now.

  What experiences have others been having?
