William Hill Golden Goal

I have bet on the golden goal promotion on William hill for the Arsenal v Spurs match on 1st sept. I chose spurs and backed them for £15 @ 2.87 on William hill and layed on smarkets 3.1 (lay stake £13.98) for potential loss of £1.30.
I was going to try and lock in a profit if spurs score first but can work out winnings with William hill if spurs score first but don’t win as I don’t understand the examples. Could someone try and explain it to me please ?
