William Hill New Horse Racing Offer

  • Hi all. I’m fairly new to matched betting so still getting to grips how to play certain offers. My first thought was this looks good but not sure how to play it. Any advice??

    HIGH 5
    Our New Horse Racing Offer

One in three National Hunt (jumps) races were won by five or more lengths last season.

With that in mind, we give you our new racing offer – High 5. Place a bet on selected jumps meetings, and if a horse wins by 5 or more lengths…

» Back the winner and you’ll get a 25% bonus.
» Finish second and get money back as a free bet.

There’s a High 5 meeting every single day:
    ‣ Friday and Saturday – All jumps meetings.
    ‣ Sunday to Thursday – One selected meeting.
    ‣ All live Channel 4 races

It all starts this Friday, just in time for the top class racing at Cheltenham’s three day Open Meeting.

So if your horse romps home, or finishes behind a clear winner, we’ve got this jumps season covered.

The better weather definitely has an effective on this offer. The donkeys are more likely to get stuck in the mud when the going is soft.

I doubt the odds will improve though, if you look at oddschecker, William Hill are the lowest odds on all the racing at Stratford. They’ve obviously decided to cut their liabilities which wouldnt surprise me.

I’ll be sticking to ew arbing the 2.25 and 3.35 races at Doncaster.

I’m assuming in the 15 minute show pre race they will be the same as all bookies tho so if quick should get something decent

Chris how are you playing the 225 and 325, taking the guarnateed profits now where available or something more clever?

I’ve been taking the profit and laying up front…so desparatelle hoping for a non runner in both now (over 14/1 if possible!)

Chris, Matchdem is right, odds have to go up because Hills offer BOG. Exactly 10 mins befor the off Hills odds will increase.

The reason the odds change is that WH (along with most others) move to industry prices about 10 minutes before the off.

They have to do this as the SP is set “independently”

Underlaying as always, £50 ew stakes. Got 4 horses in both races so surely something.

Backed the feckign winner in the last… 20 lenghts clear with 100 yards to go.

Eases down to win by 4 and a half fuckgin lenghts with the 2nd riding a finish with no chance of catching.

Cost me a 100 quid free bet this absolutely vile donkey! 100% sure Hills made them know about the Hi5. Like telling me Ruby Walsh isn’t a bookies jock
