Has anyone had a problem getting their money back from Winner after they have closed your account? They sent me an email asking for a proof of ID in order to get my money back but it’s been 5days since my email got sent and still no reply from them.

Just checked my e-mails from them and from closing my account to confirming payment back to me took 2 days, so if it has been 5 days I would get in contact with them.
They were pretty slow with me too but did get around to it eventually. Keep chasing it up if you don’t hear back. You’ll get your money eventually.
