At the very least it should provide some good liquidity and matches at reasonable odds to get more use out of the boosts on offer with hills/Ladbrokes.

MBPunter (and ive seen others mention too)….the value in boosts is in LOWER PRICE HORSES IMHO. I am basing this on the William Hill boost where the amount u can bet is based on profit and not a set amount (for example if its £20 a horse on ladbrokes ignore this).

The reasoning is say boosts a 2.1 horse to 2.2. £200 on at 2.2 vs 2.1 is better than say 20 quid at 22 vs 20. Main better point being the increased chance of BOG or non runners and your horse winning too. This is especially true when using it on a horse on the 2+ length offer, as the horse should have a really good chance of winning by that distance (a 20/1 wouldnt)

Each to there own but every day of the offer ive been able to get 200+ on a low price favourite, make say 3 or 4 quid on the arb anyway, and then have a chance of a big FB if it wins by 2 plus BOG etc

Matchedem, Ladbrokes is £200 regardless of odds.

2.10 for example only boosts to 2.15.

The point about Cracksman is you are only saving yourself a couple of quid QL. You are backing it anyway and are still entitled to free bet and BOG.

You can use the boost elsewhere and make more than the £2.

I made £3.50 on Churchill today using my boost. Had I not used the boost and placed the same bet I would have lost £7.80. So its worth more than £11 and its getting me a free shot at the favourite winning by 2 lengths / BOG (this is william hill)

I guess though if u can put the full whack of 200 on an outsider then go for it

That sounds like a good use of the boost then, good luck. What was that boosted from and to? Appear to be debating Hills v Lads who boost differently!

My point was Cracksman at 1.91 boosted to 1.95 isn’t the best use of it.
