New to matched betting?
My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

That’s a Sportsbook feature @joshbet.
On busy football days, you can lay a selection of pre-made accas on the Exchange.
Yes Betfair still do these @joegold96. The easiest way is to search ‘acca’ at the top of the homepage. To find them manually, you just need to click ‘Football’ and then select whichever league the acca is made up of.
That’s very nice and straightforward offer.
Just use the simple back and lay method for each your three qualifying bets, ensuring you meet the minimum odds requirement of 2.00 (evens). Keep the back and lay odds as close as possible in order to minimise your qualifying losses.
You should then be able to extract around £40.00 cash (80%) from your £50.00 free bet, again by using the straightforward back and lay method.
See my Qualifying Bet Strategy and Free Bet Strategy pages for more info.
Hope that helps.
You can cancel the unmatched part now if you wish Graham.
If there’s still plenty of time left before the event though, it might be worth just leaving it a bit longer and hopefully it will get matched.
Hi Graham,
Smarkets is peer to peer betting, meaning you are betting against other users, rather than the bookmaker. Your bet will therefore remain unmatched until someone takes your odds.
My advice would be to cancel your unmatched bet and just monitor the situation between now and the match starting. The lay odds should tighten up. Just leave yourself a reminder of some form so that you don’t forget to match your Sky Bet bet.
Hope that helps.
It wouldn’t be fair on OddsMonkey to allow Premium content to be posted here.
It’s a league format, so ‘2 places’ would probably require your selected team to finish in the top two league positions at the end of the season.
Get regular offer updates, tip and tricks, big offer alerts and more straight to your inbox.
My recommendation would be to forget about registering new accounts with Betfred and Coral and just use your existing ones.
The reload offers are more important than the sign up offers and if you’ve not used your accounts for some time, they may be inclined to throw some decent exclusive offers your way.
The decimal odds shown are rounded to two decimal places.
Fractional odds of 4/6 are 1.666666666666667 when converted into decimal odds.
Thanks for the input guys.
Chris, you make an interesting point about censorship on the forum. What makes you say that if you don’t mind me asking? I don’t often remove posts unless there’s good reason to do so, such as promotion of other matched betting sites and things like that.
That’s the plan @Mr-M. Like you say, the rating system is so that we can highlight those users that make a great contribution and deal with any trouble causers, which has been a problem in the past. The update should be ready very soon so hopefully that will give things a boost.
Sorry to hear this guys.
Admittedly, the forum hasn’t seen any changes/improvements in recent times.
I’ve actually been working on a new forum recently that incorporates a ratings system which could potentially be linked to certain site privileges.
I’d be happy to throw some suggestions around with any of you guys that are open to the idea of sticking around.
Let me know what you’d like to see from the forum and we can go from there…
If we could refrain from discussing alternatives to this forum, it would be much appreciated guys.
Any questions should be asked here, or please feel free to start a new thread regarding matched betting in Australia.
Europe have won the last five Ryder Cups that have been played in Europe, but USA go into this one as very slight favourites.
Betfair have ‘USA to win by 4-6 points’ at odds of 7/2, so to win by 5 points or more will be a bit longer than that.
The Bethard welcome offer isn’t actually too bad…
I’ve just had a quick search for odds and Tottenham (against Brighton) are back odds of 1.833 (5/6) and lay odds of 1.83. With a £100.00 back stake, that’s a qualifying loss of just £0.75 and the £5.00 bonus is wager free and instantly withdrawable. That’s a profit of £4.25 and we can claim the offer 10 times in the first 7 days.
Regardless of the welcome offer though, it’s worth registering an account as they ran a really decent offer on Man City v Lyon last night, worth a guaranteed profit of £14.12!
