Another one bites the dust…

  • Anyone else had a restriction from Coral after last nights promotion? Lesson learnt, opened the account at Xmas and only done promotions, too many bookies to mug bet with them all ha!

  • New to matched betting?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

Same here, along with betway yesterday. The odd thing about coral is that they hardly ever have any decent offers, then u do one along with a few mug bets but still get gubbed. I wont miss them their site and app are terrible.

Still no free bet here either. Their site seems slow and leggy. App not working. I reckon it’s just glitch/overloaded

Like others, I mug them but still got gubbed plus I often mugged larger stakes too, their site is awful so I won’t miss them too much.

Maybe I didn’t mug them enough I probably didnt mug them as much as other bookies….but had the account since around March.

Oddly I just was sent £5 by them a couple of days ago for no reason. So assumed my account must be in a good state of affairs.

Thankfully I have another account with them so I’ll be a bit more careful.

No free bet here either. Did anyone receive it? Hard to believe they can put the offer up and give nobody the free bet / gub everyone who used it?

: Unfortunately your account has been removed from receiving casino and sport promotions. This was a business decision. We have not been given any further information.
: nfortunately we have been left in the dark by those who are above the call center. If you would like to make a complaint please feel free to email escalations@coral.co.uk citing that the management above the call center are who you should be question as it is their decision making that has led to you thinking you can get this promotion.

Looking at their twitter now, seems to be a lot of people with the same problem. Assuming most of them are genuine punters it might just be a glitch otherwise it seems pretty indiscriminate?

Most on Twitter saying they can no longer receive promotions when speaking to live chat

beh – I think you might be right. Worth checking Coral accounts over the next few days to see if they give us the free bets.

Maybe they were using the free bet to anaylize accounts and then restricting those who have used the offer a lot?

If it is a massacre then that’s a lot of pissed off people. You’d hope that many complaints wouldn’t go unnoticed.

I love how they don’t tell you that you’re restricted when you place before the qualifying bet. Bookies seem to be a law onto themselves, not just for restricting people but banning people for winning. Laws should be put in place to stop it….won’t happen of course.

Not had my free bet either. Problems with their site perhaps?

I also had the same happen to me. I suggest everyone to complain en masse to the betting adjudication service IBAS, https://www.ibas-uk.com/adjudicationForm.php, then hopefully coral will see the error of their ways. Absolutely ridiculous behaviour from a high street bookie

I’ve been lurking for a while but this is my first post.

    Has anyone else encountered this?

On Net Bet I was working my way through the roll over. I’d won £100 on one bet but the rest was being bet away into the exchange.

Over night, they removed £35 of my bonus and restricted my bets to max £40.

I cleared the account into the exchange and haven’t bothered with the rest of the roll over.
