Another one bites the dust…

Anyone else had a restriction from Coral after last nights promotion? Lesson learnt, opened the account at Xmas and only done promotions, too many bookies to mug bet with them all ha!

SlimJim – I had a semi-similar thing. I had my bonus and winnings taken away, but I was pretty sure I’d completed the rollover on time. I spoke to someone in chat, and she credited me with what was taken away immediately. But I didn’t have any betting restrictions added.

What bets were you doing? Might be worth you going on chat and asking them what’s up.

I emailed them and got a reply this morning saying I’m gubbed.
Not a big loss but its so stupid. I lost my £10 bet so why are they so upset.

I have started mug betting on the main accounts, however this is causing more problems for me as I keep winning!

Got the free 10 nae bother …. surprised so many people gubbed by a bookie doing constant TV and radio ad campaigns with unfunny, shite actors.

Just got through to coral, guess what….am now ‘removed from sports and casino promotions’ according to them the reason we recieved no email was that too many people were getting restricted to send emails to. Not a big loss, but still pis*es me off that they took my £10 bet

Wow. I must be in the same ball park here then as I had no free bet.

Only just got a login and still worth going onto the site and sometimes there odds can be good.

Shame about that as I did not use many promotions.

Oh well.

I reckon this will happen more and more, because so many have jumped on the match betting band wagon the bookies have to react.

Yeah exactly the same as other people. No free bet and told on live chat that I was restricted because of a decision made by their traders who do not need to disclose their decision as to why.

Very much an underused account and I’d made under a £9 profit from 11 bets (including from free bets).

Again I think it is entirely unsatisfactory to do this after you have fulfilled a qualifying bet and I may drop an email to the escalations people at Coral.
