  • Right an idea I got from oddsmonkey, we post the daily bad EW races on here with no chat or discussion, plenty of topics for that. Think this thread will help us all in case you don’t think it will just skip this please ?

    Fav available at 2.5/2.5 in the next right now…maybe get a BOG on it too as it seems tight for a handicap.

    Im on a few for the extra place at Labrokes/Coral and Fav for high5 as commision saver…. I expect that will result in the fav finishing 4th.

    It’s just so annoying how they are allowed to get away with cutting the price of the winner after the race ends…. the horse was steady at 26.0 from the opening show and was slowly drifting on the exchanges.

    I doubt they did bob – starting price is based on the starting price of on course bookies. It’s possible a big bookie may have laid off (or manipulated prices) bets on course just before the off, which would reduced the price. But wouldn’t happen after the race started

    Out of interest Chris what did you back/lay wishmaker at?
    Was one I spotted early on I thought looked like it may shorten when at 4-1, but the exchange didn’t move enough when I looked to get in. I see sp was 7-2 but doesn’t mean the exchange actually went below 5 at all

    I backed at 5 and layed at 4.9.

    Some good potential tomorrow. Need a few non runners in that 2.20 Bangor race but the 3.20 looks great especially as its full of newcomers so ANY horse can make the frame. 3.55 too risky.

    4.15 Newcastle is tasty too. 5.15 too risky.

    The 5.15 should be fine if you can get a close match on 2nd n 3rd faves. Suspect they will be fairly wide apart though..
