Was 29.0 at Betbright briefly. 26.0 at WH and Coral. Didn’t last long aparently!

Guys

I have never done any EW arbs by taking morning prices, only ever take whats available much nearer race time, naturally I will lose out on potential profit, however I have always had the belief that taking early prices stands out and is a quick way to get gubbed

I know people that have worked on the trading desk at bookies, as well as one currently who is the PR face of an online bookie

Just wondered what peoples views are about going big too early, I mean like smashing a price within the hour before the race cant stand out, its usual mug patterns

Place price is 4.3 and 4.6 on that horses….cant see why it would drop as the race isnt a bad e/w race either. Its simply a gamble if it does

Take the win profit fair enough but not the other

Matchedem’s right. It’s not a bad ew race and even if it shortens you’ve not taken the right option. You have a loss on the win and 3.75 on it to place. You could have just backed the place on the exchange at 4.3. Even sky have place only odds of 4.0.
