Right an idea I got from oddsmonkey, we post the daily bad EW races on here with no chat or discussion, plenty of topics for that. Think this thread will help us all in case you don’t think it will just skip this please ?

Had Rouergate at 8.0 (for High5 too) small arb on it and a small punt. Fell at the fecking last when looking like likely winner.

Small EW on another outside that I had to let run as it drifted badly then ran like a donkey.

Another great day on the cards…

Can someone that knows explain what’s going on at smarkets when has no liquidity or Ridicoulous high lay odds on every horse in a race (the 13:00 today as an example)? Is there genuinely no money or is it a system error or…..?

I’m completely closed at 2 of those bookies and got a total of 5.4 eway across the other 3! I think the price will drop though (unless someone on here gets big money on to lay) so can hang on without any real risk.

Cheers. Odds dropped instantly after i placed at pp. Noticed that a few times, can’t imagine they are cutting it on back of my small stakes. Probably a few of us all jumping on at similar time.

Can’t get anything at all on at the others at 16s unfortunately.

It doesn’t have the make up of a bad eway race other than field size. I suspect someone wants to back it on the exchange and because of the 17s available at bookies could get a higher price on the win part

Looks like there are extra bits of value around anyway on the other racing. I know people straight up arb on US racing, but eway value as well as exchange place value could make that time more worthwhile

Anyone else doing High5 here is one to keep an eye on…. if you place your bet and get a match WH seem to have gone back to 100% cashout if the price doesn’t change.

After betting if your horse drifts back out a couple of points you can cash out your bet then match your bet on the exchange (avoiding the need for a 5L win to make a decent profit).

Also, gives you the chance of getting on another one.

Hmmm I’ve been doing pretty well the last week off these bad ew races but got caught out with the 15.55 today. Should be able to salvage it but not set to make anything today

Commodore smashed in…..I’ve left a little bit unlaid.

I’m guessing having backed it at 12-1 if it wins at 3-1 I am going to lose the account.
