Anyone know if uni bet pay first past the post?

Nice one Mb, ironic how we were talking about first past the post and how rare it is a couple of days ago.

How much profit did you make?

Unfortunately not the massive returns others have had in similar situations! It was initially just a fiver ew unlaid punt at the bookies, was some small value on the place.

Did lay a couple of hundred at 1.03 after the race though. Realised on the fast result the race had been reduced to 7 runners, so went to check exchange to see if i could see which had been withdrawn incase of a rule 4. Noticed market still live with Ted’s Brother 1.03 to lay. So blindly laid for cheap insurance as i wasn’t sure if uni bet paid FPTP.

Very surprised at it being overturned though, it was the 3rd that was hampered if anything. Makes you wonder if someone in the know has absolutely cleaned up there.

Cant be bothered. Back and lays are so far apart.

Good spot, wouldnt say its big value though as its only 3/2.3 on the place arb and its not as if anyone can get big stakes on at Stan. I could only get 40 ew. Might just lay half the place.

I was going to say, if you cover Positively Dylan, you could let the places run as a value bet depending on your stakes.

following your advice Chris and letting the 2 places run on Dylan and Ivors (small saver on Gin and ton to place!) just hoping now Les mantle dosnt roll in!
