Right an idea I got from oddsmonkey, we post the daily bad EW races on here with no chat or discussion, plenty of topics for that. Think this thread will help us all in case you don’t think it will just skip this please ?

Jeeeez just woke up to three meetings abandoned. Typical Bank Holiday weather ruining the fun. Chepstow had some lovely bad ew races :(

No High 5 now (forget Fairyhouse unless you like big qualifying losses) and 2 Clear at Wolverhampton all weather zero chance too. Everything has drifted at the exchanges on the Irish National already so I will stay well away from that.

QL’s were pretty average at Fairyhouse yesterday, really not an issue.

Not a lot going on today. Coral and 365 1/4 odds 5 places is better than others going 1/5 odds even with the 6 places.

The races before and after have a little potential but a lot of risk. The 4.25 is an 8 runner bad ew and the 5.45 is a 16 runner handicap. With the weather there is I wouldn’t be going big stakes.

Smarkets just added a 4tbp market on the 5.00 Fairyhouse, guess they are keeping the 3 aswell

I see that now mb. I had Dr Phoenix there at 7.5, there will be no rule 4 and still value on the win and not the worst on 2tbp. I’ll just let it run.

What happened in the 1645 yesterday? My balance seems to have changed over night I had Inshaa placed but it’s been changed to a loosing bet over night.

Bad news Lewdy. I was watching the race on At the Races as I went in on one too. One of the horses got “stuck” in the stalls and about 3 hours later was declared as a non runner, even the commentator said it was rare of the BHA to do that under the circumstances.

Unfortunately that reduced the place terms down to 2 so I hope you didnt lay Inshaa otherwise you’ve lost both bets :(

Highlights the super high risk of 8 runner races on the flat. I only went in out of pure boredom and frustration.

Looks like the initial smarkets place market was an error. I contacted them and they thanked me adding the 4pl and saying all 3pl would remain…. the liquidity zapped out of 3pl though so think their traders had been operating on a market they thought was something else!!

Hopefully i hit the 4th ‘extra place’ with one my 2 bets otherwise I certainly laid off a little early price wise. Wasn’t sure when I’d get chance today so just went for couple of get in and straight out type bets.

What horses you got betman?

I’ve just got a £20 each way punt on Moulin A Vent. The place arbs look non existent so I’m glad I didnt lump on a load last night.

Had big win and place arbs for a couple in the Irish National…. fell at 1st and 2nd.
