  • Right an idea I got from oddsmonkey, we post the daily bad EW races on here with no chat or discussion, plenty of topics for that. Think this thread will help us all in case you don’t think it will just skip this please ?

    Odds of the 5.15 not losing a runner must be pretty slim. I’ve edged a couple in that one – hoping for the non-runner..

    You missed the 12.45 race which was a smash up, only got 1 of 4 places though unfortunately.

    1.40 was a lot better, got the winner Burnt Sugar at 21.0 this morning, underlayed at 19 and 6/4.2 on the place but should have waited as he went off at 7.4 :| Also had Cardsharp so some lovely profit there.

    Bonus 2 Clear on the first race to add to a small £10 underlayed profit plus Beat the Bank boosted and underlayed for a decent £30.

    Most of the good stuff on the 3.40 has gone now, loaded up on a couple last night think I’ll just leave it at that.

    Ah yeah well I would have done, I didn’t even look at the races until 1pm today.. lost my interest a little!

    So I’ve got Master Carpenter, Whats the Story and Another Touch in this one. Need 5th place for Master Carpenter otherwise a £10 loss there. Decent arbs on the other two for 4 places after taking big prices last night.

    On the plus side, Hills just let me cash out my Lukaku world cup top scorer bet after he’d been subbed (they gave me 30% of my original stake – very kind of them)

    Southwell 14.50 looks like it could be ok today. 8 lined up so beware a non-runner. checking up on it before the off could be the best way.

    Perth 16.10.
    Placedela concorde 6 at befair. Laying at 6.2 on smarkets.
    3 place market is 2/1.36 but only 8 runners.
    If race drops to 2 places should still be ok.

    2.15 Ripon, ultra high risk though with 8 runners and horses going in to stalls.

    Same applies to the 6.50 at Windsor but doubt there will be any decent arbs there anyway as the mid-market horses are clustered around the same range of prices.

    Sky seem to have reigned in their incredible place odds on outsiders (in bad ew races)… I haven’t found a good one for a while.

    Lay is out to 3.25 on that second favourite so gone now.

    Betfair wouldn’t let me have more than £78 ew on that edge so wasnt worth it for me anyway.

    My max was a tenner. At that level I just punt it.

    Edged the favourite now too. 2.1/2.06 pre edge…
