Right an idea I got from oddsmonkey, we post the daily bad EW races on here with no chat or discussion, plenty of topics for that. Think this thread will help us all in case you don’t think it will just skip this please ?

Andy the 1245 prob needs to drop to the minimum 6r before it might throw up a little value. You can see from the 3tp markets atm that the ew odds are mostly negative.

Yeah always check carefully in the BF ew terms be it paying 2/3/4 places. Has caught me out a fair few times in the past. Bf never adjust their ew terms when declared horses dont run/nrs.
The 1/4 odds 12r plus hcap races occasionly make me do a double take when nrs bring the race below 12 and I sometimes see a small ew arb on BF then realize im getting 1/5 from the bookies and the ew odds are 1/4 on ew tab! Best to do double checks on ew tabs and individual place odds on these type of races and do the calculations manually👍+0I had a toy around with backing horses to place on they exchange when the went under 8 runners with the exchange still paying 3 places. Had some success but don’t think there was much value in it and took time.

Looking like monster arb terriotory again here in the 140. Skiddaw Tara napped at 33/1 (got 28s myself) into monster range- whatever next at 16s very tidy👍🤞🏻

Tara was the one to be on! Layed the win early and took the pace arb just before the off, should have left a bit on the place!
Didn’t realise the price had been cut when I took whatever next, managed to get out at break even though so no harm done, good job as well!

Nice one Andy👍 I didnt actaully see the final place price on Tara just before off. I took the ew lay on my own bets at about 17.5. Was more hoping for the upset win (was certainly on for a while) but not complaining and happy for a nice boost on the naps profits👍
What was the final place lay on ST on bf mate? Im guessing it would have been roundabout 3.0🤔Pretty much it for the day. As i eluded to earlier- one good ew arb coming in can make it a good day👍 Just a shame buzz over for the day🙃 apart from hustling a few more low value mb value shots in the rain🙃
+0I took 3.3 on Tara on smarkets with about 5 mins to go not sure if it came in any more than that.

Cheers Andy. Nice place arb for sure👍 Not catching much on the win/mb front only thing im catching is a cold- forgotten what sunshine looks/feels like rains all the time here- time to go home..hopefully more quantity of good stuff tomorrow..until then👍

Seems it’s a slow evening, anyone know how much you lose using the ew tab on Betfair rather the laying both the win and place?

Don’t know the answer to that question Tony about how much/if the ew tab costs compared to the individual W & P lays🤔 I would assume near race time when liquidity is good thats its pretty much the same value. Doubt its a money saver (i just use if im in a rush to calculate some permutations when ive a good ew arb and want to edge towards going after the win) But i would suggest its more solid when you have plenty enough time to work out the W & P lays how you want to play them.

Today has a few races with some potential but not really any that are much to get exited about. A quanity over quality day. Here are the ones i think have some small possibilities…with a mark out of 10

115 Ludlow *
225 Ludlow (8) *Eprs not many and not much good. Clonmel has a 5tp race but is on the cut off at 16r
