Right an idea I got from oddsmonkey, we post the daily bad EW races on here with no chat or discussion, plenty of topics for that. Think this thread will help us all in case you don’t think it will just skip this please ?

Finishes 6th! mate. I think I get ur jist though ie lay the 3tp for small loss. Chase 2 bumper pay out spots 4/5th. Thats the way id be playing all PP value shots today if I was in the PP mix. Accept small losses on 3 places- leaving much more chance of profiting the big pay offs- perhaps with around 3 good price horses. Hitting one extra spot is harder than usual because of the big size field (15)- In the long run prob no different in long term profit expectations to laying the 4 place market for prob fractional/zero losses and chasing the one bonus spot. But as I like to try and hit profit every day, and that race is about the only really good oppurtunity today- thats the way id play it all things considered

Hills happy hour 4 up on Hills now, for a few crafty chisel attempts. Of the 4- Quadrilatrel (335) 7/2 and same price Sangarius in the (240) Haydock are worth a go. Other two minimal value. Like I said before Im in ‘chisel mode’ today, for various reasons!

For the record- Keep em peeled on my Scabs Naps thread. Because many days (esp quite low value days like today) I focus more on posting up my spots- with more detail as well- on there, and dont often have time to quickly post up value spots here after Ive got the post up on my thread- as many times in that 1-2 minutes writing out the detailed post- the price has alas been cut.

+0Hey Deej. Are you talking about the win part? Can’t speak for the others, but I always lay the win part straight away in case it drifts. If it does, I’m normally in a good enough position on the place arb to at least come out with no loss.
Like Shimmering for me. Got on at 17/17.5 for about 50p loss. Drifted out to 26-27 on exchange now. I’m still getting 4.2 / 3.85 to place (4 places) so I still haven’t lost more than 50p (so far!)

Sounds rock solid method MRM- plus u never know might get some BOG on the odd big price win/drifter- plus of course when laying your place posistions late you can keep an eye on any BOG to factor in your place lays- that needs to right before though as a last second price cut can mess that up a bit.

+0…and that’s why I don’t like going for the jackpot. 5 selections and nothing. To be fair, the guaranteed amounts I could have locked in were not great either though. Think it was only about £15 in the end. The silver lining is that Love one, so that’s a £50 risk free bet with Bet365.

oh blimey! dont think those 4th and 5ths were on anyones radar- Saw the 200-1 early as prob value with PP- but not sure if they were one of the firms offering those odds. If only!!
Had monster win and place arbs on Raffles…another one bites the dust…Summer was very good value by the off also..nowt..Yes Always was a nice value shout also by MRm. Cant wait to sort out all my funding accounts properly and start locking in steady overlaid profits- Had a stack of monsters this week-but TBH overall I’m not that much up from all the graft- but its been fun and helped pay the float for the week
