Right an idea I got from oddsmonkey, we post the daily bad EW races on here with no chat or discussion, plenty of topics for that. Think this thread will help us all in case you don’t think it will just skip this please ?

That’s a good plan on the place laying Scabba. I normally wait until the Betfair live stream comes up, but for Roman, I thought there might have been a problem as it was only a few mins before post and it had not come up , so I panicked haha and started laying – I tend to lay in chunks rather than all at once, as the price often does come in a bit. Still got a decent amount out. I’ve only had 3 horses today and I’m walking away with over £60 so I’m pretty happy.
I still don’t like going for that jackpot, especially when you get results like that with Harry. I know the payout is good when you hit them, but I think I’ll stick with the lock in approaches for me right now and keep the consistent profit – especially with some of the place arbs we are getting

Sounds a great stratergy mate on the 4 places. I would be implimating that strat myself now for pretty much the 1st time in my arbing carear, if my bfair account was stocked.-long story- am relying on smarkets atm- so only 3 places normally to play with. It payed offtoday with 4th scalp on Brooklyn Bay- but all in all I’d now much prefer the steady stream of 4 place profits from arbs than the emotional highs and lows of chasing the value shot at the extra place-many times at a small loss on the 3 place lay. Ive never liked smarkets much and even when Betfairs comms were higher I still normally used them- esp for most of my place lays- its a much better platform with much better options and of course much better early and even late liquity..look forward to getting myself sorted back on BF…still you use it to keep track of things….

+0Yeah, just been reading that, good read and should be fun. I still need to update my own stats from all my paper scribbles. Its the bit I don’t like, but will give me the info to help me decide if I ever switch to the EPR jackpot chasing club etc.
Might be a few opps in the Wolverhampton 17:50 EPR plus there is a sort bad eway at Kempton @ 18:00 (probably small value in both but might be able to squeeze a few more £s)

Nice one mate- and good shout on the epr 550 and 600 bad eway. I gues should be value with PP paying 4 in the 815 (cut off 10r atm) But truth is my brain is too frazzled atm- knew today was very slim value- so focused all day pretty much on any market movements and also reading as much as possible on the formbook/write ups on any horse prices they may be close to value prices- wasted now! but the effort paid dividends thankfully! Will have quick scan now then maybe flick on nearer the 800 EPR for a one for the road possibility
Seems like we are more and less spotting same value races/arbs and also still both scribbling away on scraps of paper!! which can cause mix ups/confusions on busy arb days….message to self…get a nice pad and scribble in a better/more orderly fashion from now on!
edit….nope had a quick scan and brain needs a break…not big arb chances those 2I think…but good luck to you/anyone getting involved in those 2…back for a look at the 800 later….fresh air time now!

Aye mate. Sometimes after you have been hammering purely tight price/bonus races all day- maybe , if its crumbs value races, its best to give the bookies radar a rest for a bit….esp if u have already had a nice profit day…But if its a top value shout/race then of course its near impossible and perhaps even foolish to turn down a dabble!
edit…its the 815 not the 800 (that i quoted as a value shout epr tonight) Only PP paying the 4 as its 10r…will be hard chisel trying to get an early fair/value price with them me thinks

Dosnt count as a nap/tip but I think Gwasha is the one to be on in this 815.very low quality race- form moderate but much better than just about all the field. Got 8-1 earlier. 7s value atm i think-

Nowt there! Tosh quality race, as it looked on form book. Laying the short price top 2 would have been an advanced move. Did well to leave it everyone, as the short price fav hit the 4th. 14/1+ all top 3 spots!

Tomorrow/Thursdays early report. Well I think all squad members should be fresh and ready for action as early as poss tomorrow- if possible/hungry for arb dosh. As it looks a great arbing mixture- mixing up the 3 main ingredients in a Arbers scope..ie bad each ways/good erps and 16+ handicaps + add in not so good eprs- ranging from 145 Beverly, all the way through till 830 Yarmouth there is-in my early look book.-11 value races ranging from about 3-7/10 on the old arb value scale- could be more/less by start of play… and thats not including the 4! 16+ handicaps at Naas!.-not sure if they will be worth the aggro…time will tell!. So could be up to 15 races of good value + some other EPRs with favs over the 7/2 range. But aside from some much better EPRs than todays bog standard ones- there are 4 races with favs under evens and 9+ runners that should be solid bad each way races- been next to none this last few days.
So the more the merrier tomorrow guys/girls! (there was someone called Ali posting once!?) Been a lot of hard chisel so far this week- tomorrow is going in as ‘Operation Onslaught’ Have your form guides/jugs of coffee on standby..gonna be extreme!..

Superb rhedge. Post away on here anytime mate with queries/arbs! etc. If you wanna join in the jovial stuff like Champions league of arbs etc- feel free. You may have noticed the thread says ‘bad eways – no chat’ The no chat went out the window a while back- guilty as charged! But aside from a lot of rambles etc its full of good value ‘Arbs’ from all the regs.
