Where did everyone go? What an afternoon! No jackpots unfortunately – come close with Ocean beaten to 5th by a neck! Second time this week I’ve missed the jackpot by a neck! But did lock in overall profit – so not what the day could have been but profit is profit and I smashed the 4/1 365 offer today so good day!

+0Hey Deej – Had some internet problems this afternoon myself. Been frantically trying to lay bets as and when I could. Didn’t get on much in the end. Had some drifters earlier but managed to grab some profit in the 18:40 Curragh on Free Solo & Monaarch of Egypt.
I’m done for the day – still decent return in the end.

Unlucky not to win much more Deej- you picked out some monster arbs like Howling Wolf- Ocean Monarch etc- followed you on Howling and had a some big arbs myself like Monarch Of Eygpt and some others which also came nowhere- grabbed a 5th EP nap with Elusive Star..but had some probs laying..and all in all made some losses today…Which is dissapointing as my value was good and so the quality of value posted by yourself and others should have paid nice dividends…Hopefully everyone had a smoother/more profitable day than me…Time to simmer down after the exitement of getting back into the racing mix and stop chasing every crumb of value and just pick and choose the best stuff each day..
Anyone manage to find ‘the lost arbs’ on Paddys 6 placer?- my brain wasnt up to it in that 10 minutes before off..looked slim value in the end…prob need to get on their value offers a lot earlier..like the night before!!
+0Yea to be fair I’ve broke even this week on the each way front – felt I actually chose some better horses than the week previous when I was in profit! All you can do though is keep taking the value and it will all turn around in the end!
Just had a lovely little end to the day with a £25EW bet on Bowerman, got him on@9 :) I don’t know if any of you guys use the Bet Alchemist service but he serves me very well!

oh Blimy- your right Elusive stars 14s was napped with coral/365 4TP 1/4 odds. Id got a bit on in another firm with 5 places- then as about to finish post saw 14s had gone…but saw 14s with coral/365 was still value..so edited the write up and changed the firms/terms etc..bloody shame- sorry mate- would have been nice to boost your/other followers profits up with the ‘elusive’ extra place spot..went off a monster arb as well at 13/2..one of them days!

It is def one of those days! I got one nap to come the 830-Inherent 9-1. And its already had 2 nrs and will be the 1st nap in over 150! that will going off with less than the required minimum runners for the each way scalp. Had my 1st ever non runner/non starter a few days ago- now this new 1st..fingers crossed it goes off big win/2 place arb!
Should at least be steady arb/minimal lay loss at current prices

Morning all. A lot of racing again, but sadly very little to get the old arb teeth into. As I used to nearly always find when I was sharbing (back on that soon!)- Saturdays turned out to be a bit of a damp squid on the offers/bad eways front. Just 1 minor Bad Eway I can see atm- (1215) Newbury. Tonnes of low value EPRs- Only good value one atm right at the death- (900) Leicster- and perhaps some decent value in the 4 places (715) Curragh. Two 16+ Curragh handicaps- not very good- and 10+ medicore EPRs scattered around.
For the dieharbs, def a hard chisel day on the cards. Not a bad day to take off (if there was anywhere to go!) Im up- so will give it a go- chisel out some boost value etc and catch a few bits n bobs of value. A challenge for any top arber to hit a good profit today….but maybe thats the challenge/rallying call to do it!Will try and find energy later to update ‘The League of Arbs’

Its pretty slim pickings/hard scrapping in the afternoon IMO. 12/1215 about the only nudges of BEW potential- and a few ok value EPRS- Evening stuff a bit better with that 4 place PP Curragh and 2 better value EPRs at Leicster
I Guess the old TV offers (for those who can use them) and some boosting etc should be something to chisel ok with in the afternoon stuff.+0
