Bad EW Races NO CHAT

  • Right an idea I got from oddsmonkey, we post the daily bad EW races on here with no chat or discussion, plenty of topics for that. Think this thread will help us all in case you don’t think it will just skip this please ?

My Matched Betting Academy is the best place to get started. Learning the fundamentals takes 10-15 minutes and you’ll make £15 in the process.

When did you get on at 26 Chris? I could only see at odds of 22. Grinty in the 3.45 was a good one this morn

Careful with the 3.45, one more non runner and it’s down to 3 places. Although i see sky paying 5 places if 14 or more run.

I got 26 at William Hill around and hour ago and Stan James literally had it at 26 until around 5 minutes ago. Use oddschecker.

Place arb on Se You will be small so unless you’re happy with small time profits, the ones you should be looking at are The Navigator and Adjutant. I also got on Encryption at 12.0 earlier but that price has long gone now and no longer of any value.

Hi Match, glad you’ve got a new job. Hopefully it will turn out better than the last.

Surely some one as obviously rich and successful as yourself could use your valuable time making far more profit than the paltry returns from chasing £5 bets. Are you into CFD’s – now that is profitable?.

Calm it down everyone eh…Anyone else spot the 400 Wincanton on smarkets. The to place prices were pretty much the same as the win ones for a short time…wish id bet on more!

Lovely posts Harry & poker. Brightens up a dull day. Makes a change from the Matchdem insults. Falling out over the internet is a most pointless exercise and waste of time though. What’s caused this anyway?.

This is why so many people left the forum or dont post anymore. Just the presence of matchedem brings the tone down.

Wow just seen the volumes on that place market matchdem. Wish I had spotted that market. Have you checked with https://help.smarkets.com/hc/en-gb/articles/212819049-Clearly-Erroneous-Bets-Policy

Smarkets being glitchy recently with very large spreads today.

Its better to have a look at these races earlier in the morning.

Hazarfan looks like some value developing still at this stage 7.5 at B365.

Yeh they quoted that when voided Ted1….irony is it was obviously a machine that was putting the wrong prices in (i.e. themselves or a key backer). Had I genuinely typed in the wrong price on a single bet there is no way they would have voided it

Everything will come in around 3pm I reckon. Surprised the favourite is being shortened rather than going the opposite way. Seems a crazy low price based on the fact he was an “unlucky” second in his last and only race on different ground.

Yes matchdem, no doubt about it they are just protecting their market makers there. What makes me uneasy about that term is the following:
“Outlier transactions are defined as bets matched at a price that exceeds +-20% of the determined fair market price at the time the bet was matched.”
That is the whole point of arbitrage betting, to find outliers in the market. We know that the possibility of being palped at the bookie exists but imo you should NEVER be palped on an exchange.

Yeh I know very dodgy…i kind of expected it hence playing it as covering all horses for guaranteed profit rather than laying elsewhere. Good job i did!
